Aligning Systems for Health, led by the Georgia Health Policy Center and funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), is exploring the importance of cross-sector alignment and developing an evidence base about what works.
This virtual event on May 27 will feature nearly 20 RWJF grantees sharing their cross-sector alignment work, why it matters, and how these lessons can be used in light of COVID-19. Together, we will bring the pixels together to form a more complete picture of cross-sector alignment efforts.
All In: Data for Community Health is a nationwide learning collaborative that helps communities build capacity to address the social determinants of health through multi-sector data sharing collaborations.
